JSW three position pneumatic actuator is a precision industrial actuating device designed for multi-angle control of valves and rotating mechanisms. It supports two main adjustment modes: 0°/45°/90° or 0°/90°/180°, with an adjustable midway position—for 90° actuators, common midway positions include 20°, 30°, 40°, 50°, 70°, etc., which can be customized according to actual needs.
The midway position is realized through mechanical limiting of two auxiliary pistons, ensuring stable and reliable positioning without drift. The actuator adopts solenoid valve control, with three working positions (midway, full open, full close) switched by controlling air intake and exhaust of different ports. It also features precise stroke adjustment: full open and close positions can be calibrated within -5° to +5° (relative to 0° and 90°), and the full stroke (0°-90°, 0°-120°, 0°-180°) supports arbitrary angle setting via special bolts on the end cover.
