Stainless Steel Pneumatic Actuator
Pneumatic actuator is an actuating device that uses pneumatic pressure to drive the opening, closing or regulating of valves. Pneumatic actuators can also be divided into two types: single acting and double acting: the switching action of the actuator is driven by a gas source, which is called Double Acting. The switch action of Spring Return (single acting) is only driven by the air source when it is turned on, and the spring returns when it is turned off.
Pneumatic actuators operate within standard industrial pressure ranges, typically 80 to 100 psi. The common applications: valve and damper control, turbine governors and fluid drives, louvers and inlet vane control.
JSW Stainless Steel Pneumatic Actuator are combined unique style, sophisticated processing and manufacturing, economical and practical, save space, module design, that can be directly installed other attachments, increase the efficiency and economy.
The size range of JSW pneumatic actuators is DN45, 52, 63, 83, 105, 125, 160, 190，210, 240, 270, 300, 350, 400.
Full conformance to the latest specifications : ISO5211, DIN3337, VDINDE-3854, NAMUR.
JSW Stainless Steel Pneumatic Actuator can be used for a long time in highly corrosive environments, with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which can greatly improve the service life of this series of actuators. Applications are offshore drilling platforms, shipbuilding, pharmaceuticals, and food hygiene grade industries
The two independent external travel stop adjustment bolts can adjust +/-5 degree at both open and close directions easily and precisely. We are the first manufacturer in China who produces the two independent external adjustment stainless steel pneumatic actuators.
Fully machined teethes on piston, and machined pinion are for accurate low back lash rack and pinion engagement, maximum efficiency.
Fully machined Inner bore of Cam : The Inner bore of Cam is machined to fit the pinion’s curve, which make the fit area between the cam and the pinion more smoothly & life of our stainless steel pneumatic actuator is more durable & much better.

Mounting Standard
Air supply connection is designed in accordancewith NAMUR Standard to install solenoid valves.
The Namur drive pinion and the Namur top mounting connection permit direct installation of accessories such as limit switch box and positioner.
Bottom mounting connection is designed in accordance with ISO5211 and DIN3337 standards for direct mounting with valve gear boxes or mounting brackets.

Sizing: Spring Return Actuators The suggested safety factor for double acting actuators under normal working conditions is 20%-30%

The torque needed by valve=100N.m The torque considered safety factor (1+30%)=130N.m Air Supply=5Bar According to the above table, we can choose the minimum model is JSW WALTEC ®-105DA.
